ABOUT FULSHEAR PROPERTY VISUALS
Fulshear Property Visuals is a professional real estate media company based in Fulshear, Texas. We provide professional photography, drone photography and video, virtual tours, video, and other visual media services to real estate agents, property managers, builders, businesses, and other clients.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who wants to grow with our company.
The starting position will focus primarily on Quality Control (QC) and Delivery, but this position is intended to grow into a larger role as you become familiar with our systems, standards, and workflow.

Our goal is to develop someone who can eventually take on a lead role within the VA side of our company.

STARTING POSITION: QC & DELIVERY
Your primary responsibility will be to make sure completed photo and video projects meet our quality standards before they are delivered to clients.

You will:
* Download completed projects from our editing platforms.
* Review completed photos and videos for quality and consistency.
* Perform quality control before projects are delivered.
* Make corrections when necessary.
* Upload and organize completed projects in our client delivery system.
* Verify that all services ordered by the client have been completed and delivered.
* Add drone pinpoints above homes in aerial images when required.
* Add lot lines or other required markings when necessary.
* Communicate with editors regarding corrections and revisions.
* Communicate through SMS, email, Slack, Instagram, and other platforms as needed.
* Respond promptly and professionally to messages.
* Make sure projects are delivered accurately and on time.

PHOTO QUALITY CONTROL
We use Auto HDR, an AI-powered photo editing system, as part of our editing workflow.
However, AI does not replace the need for an experienced photo editor.
You will be responsible for carefully reviewing the completed Auto HDR images and identifying anything the AI may have missed or incorrectly edited.

This includes checking for:
* Incorrect or inconsistent color
* Exposure problems
* White balance issues
* Unnatural HDR results
* Editing inconsistencies
* Items that should have been removed
* Grass or landscaping issues
* TV screen replacements
* Bracketed photo editing issues
* Other visual problems that do not meet our standards

You may also need to compare the edited image against the original RAW files to determine whether the final image accurately represents the property.

It is extremely important that you have a strong eye for detail and consistency.

Our goal is not simply to deliver images that have been processed by AI. Our goal is to deliver images that meet the Fulshear Property Visuals standard.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
As you become comfortable with QC and delivery, additional responsibilities may be assigned, including:

Client Communication:
* Responding to client emails and text messages.
* Assisting with client communication and follow-up.
* Helping with client acquisition activities.

Instagram Method:
During available time, you may assist with our social media outreach strategy by:
* Liking posts.
* Commenting on posts.
* Engaging with real estate agents.
* Following potential clients.
* Performing other Instagram outreach activities.

Virtual Assistant Tasks:
Additional administrative, organizational, research, communication, or operational tasks may be assigned as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
You should have:
* Strong written and spoken English.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Experience with Adobe Photoshop.
* Experience with Adobe Lightroom.
* Experience reviewing and editing photographs.
* The ability to identify subtle color and editing problems.
* The ability to follow detailed instructions and company standards.
* Reliable communication and responsiveness.
* A fast and stable internet connection.
* A reliable computer capable of handling photo editing.
* The ability to work independently.

Previous QC, photo editing, real estate photography, or project delivery experience is strongly preferred.

EQUIPMENT & INTERNET REQUIREMENTS:
You must have:
* A reliable computer suitable for photo editing.
* Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom or equivalent professional editing experience.
* Fast and stable internet.
* A backup plan in case of internet or power failure.

We want to know that you can continue communicating with the team and completing your responsibilities if something goes wrong with your primary internet or power.

WORK SCHEDULE & DELIRY DEADLINE
This position requires availability that aligns with Houston, Texas (Central Time).

All completed work must be reviewed, finalized, and ready for delivery to my clients between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM Central Time the following day after each photoshoot.

Because this is a next-day delivery service, you must be able to organize your working hours accordingly to ensure that all assigned projects are completed before the morning delivery deadline.

TEST PROJECT:
If you are selected to move forward in the hiring process, we will provide you with a test project.

The test may include tasks such as:
* Editing bracketed real estate photos.
* Grass screening/replacement.
* Object or item removal.
* Color correction and touch-ups.
* TV screen replacements.
* Drone pinpoints on listing addresses.
* Photo quality control.
* Comparing edited images against RAW files.
* Other tasks related to our real estate media workflow.

The purpose of the test is to determine whether your technical skills, attention to detail, and editing judgment meet our standards.

GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
This is intended to be a long-term position for the right person.
You will start primarily with QC and Delivery.
As you gain experience with our systems and demonstrate reliability and accuracy, you can take on additional responsibilities.
