WHAT WE DO

We run a men’s fashion brand called MECENAS. Our target customer is an ambitious man aged 21–30 who is into old money style, surfing, classic cars, stoic philosophy, and living well.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your only job is to post 2 Reels per day on our Instagram.

To do this, you will:

1. Search TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube for videos that are already viral and match our brand vibe
2. Re-use that footage or remix it slightly to fit our brand
3. Add our brand’s philosophy text, quotes, or voiceovers when needed
4. Also use footage from our own brand photoshoots (we will provide these)
5. Post 2 finished Reels every single day

You do NOT need to film anything yourself. You do NOT need to create everything from scratch. Most of the time you are finding content that already went viral for someone else and adapting it slightly for us.

WHAT KINDS OF VIDEOS TO MAKE

All videos must feel relevant to this type of man:

- Clips from movies like Peaky Blinders, American Psycho, The Godfather, James Bond
- Lifestyle content: classic cars, surfing, nice watches, coffee, suits, travel
- Motivational or stoic quotes with cinematic backgrounds
- Voiceover videos about discipline, ambition, success, style
- Men’s fashion and style clips
- Any viral content that a stylish, ambitious 25-year-old man would stop and watch

IMPORTANT: Do not post content about gym motivation, nightclubs, flashy cars, loud music, or anything that looks cheap or loud. Our brand is quiet, elegant, and classy.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- You have experience creating or repurposing Reels or TikTok videos
- You know how to use CapCut or similar editing app
- You understand what makes a video go viral
- You are consistent and reliable — 2 posts per day, every day, no excuses
- You have good English for captions and text overlays
- You understand men’s lifestyle content (not required to be an expert, but needs to “get it”)

- Fixed base pay every month (discuss in application)
- Bonus payment for every Reel that reaches over 100,000 views
- The more videos go viral, the more you earn
