This Is NOT Just Another Editing Job
We are building something bigger than content. We are building a brand that dominates attention, builds trust instantly, and converts viewers into customers and clients across roofing, construction, and real estate.
If you are a high-level video editor who understands storytelling, pacing, and visual impact—and who knows how to leverage AI video tools to produce more, faster, without losing quality—keep reading.
Who We Are
We are a rapidly growing U.S.-based company operating across roofing and construction, real estate and property development, and media and community-based platforms. We move fast. We execute. And we expect excellence.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented Video Editor (AI-Assisted) based in the Philippines who can create high-impact short-form and long-form content, generate and integrate AI-produced video, avatars, and B-roll into real client work, and turn raw footage into compelling, conversion-driven content. This is a part-time remote role, but performance-based growth opportunities are very real.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
First, you must be advanced in at least one major editing platform—CapCut at a high level, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro. If you are not highly proficient in editing software, this role is not for you.
Second, and this is a major factor for us, you must have hands-on, proven experience generating video and visual assets with AI tools. We are talking about Veo 3 for cinematic text-to-video, Seedance for AI video generation, HeyGen for avatars and talking heads, Higgsfield for motion control and ad creative, Nano Banana for image generation and editing, and comparable platforms like Runway, Kling, Sora, ElevenLabs, or Midjourney. We actively use these tools in production every day. If you have never generated AI video and worked it into a real edit, this role is not for you. Please include AI-generated samples in your portfolio and tell us which tool produced which shot.
Your Responsibilities
On the editing side, you will cut short-form content for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok, along with long-form pieces for YouTube, brand videos, and interviews. That includes clean transitions, captions and subtitles, motion graphics, and sound design.
On the AI side, you will write effective prompts that produce usable footage rather than impressive tests. You will generate AI B-roll, product and property visuals, and scene fillers where live footage does not exist. You will build AI avatar and voiceover content for ads, explainers, and localized versions. Most importantly, you will blend AI-generated footage seamlessly with real footage so it reads as intentional, not artificial—upscaling, reframing, and cleaning up output until it is genuinely usable. Over time, you will help us track what works and build repeatable AI workflows.
You will also handle supporting design work: thumbnails, social visuals, and branding elements, all consistent with our brand style.
What Makes You a Strong Candidate
You understand storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention. You can make content feel modern, clean, and premium. You know the difference between AI footage that sells and AI footage that looks fake. You have an eye for detail and composition, you are fast and responsive and reliable, and you can follow direction while still bringing your own creative ideas. You also stay current as new tools launch, because this space changes monthly.
It is a bonus if you have edited construction, real estate, or business content before, if you understand short-form viral trends, if you know how to edit for engagement and conversions, or if you have built and documented an AI content workflow.
Work Style Expectations
This is a fast-paced environment. Clear communication is required. Deadlines matter, and quality matters more. We are not looking for average—we are looking for someone who takes pride in producing top-tier work consistently, and who sees AI as a way to do more of it.
How to Apply
Send us your portfolio or reel, at least two examples of AI-generated video you personally produced along with the tools used, and a short note on which AI tools you reach for most and why.
