Multi 9-Figures Supplement Brand Hiring | Video Editor | Performance Creative
We're one of the fastest-growing 9-figure all-natural supplement brands in the market. Brands you know swipe our ads every single day. Meta is our primary channel, and we need a video editor to turn our briefs into the ads that help us double spend over the next 12 months.

This is a performance editing seat.

The role
Our creative strategists write the briefs. You turn them into finished ads. Every winner starts as a script and ends in your timeline.
Take creative briefs with reference videos and turn them into finished ads
Build across formats: AI movie ads, Pixar-style ads, claymation, singing ads, skeleton ads, and whatever starts working next. We'll train you on any format you haven't done before. (You don’t need to know all of these but it is a big plus)
Take full ownership of every video you make. Its performance has your name on it, and your bonus is tied to it.
Who you are
Detail-obsessed. Hook timing, caption clarity, pacing, and sound design all matter to you. The gap between a winner and an almost-winner is usually detail.
Fast. You ship high volume without sloppy work. You'd rather deliver a v1 today than a "perfect" cut next week.
Self-starter. You take a brief and run with it. We won't micromanage you. You like owning concepts.
Fluent in AI tools. You already use them in your workflow and you pick up new ones quickly.
Obsessed with ads that sell. E-commerce or DTC ad experience is a plus. If you don't have it, you need to be actively studying the ads that do.
