Creative Video Editor — LOCK IN (Full-Time, Remote)
We're a gamified self-improvement app for young men scaling through paid social. We need an editor who understands why ads work, not just how to make them look good.
What you'll do
25+ ad creatives per week across Meta and TikTok. You take raw UGC, screen recordings, and content and turn them into ads that make people stop scrolling. You'll be in on strategy calls, feedback loops, and ad reviews. When we tell you an ad won or lost, you need to understand why and apply that to the next one.
What we're looking for
Experience editing UGC ads with real spend behind them. You understand hooks, pacing, and what makes someone tap download. You don't just wait for a brief and execute, you brainstorm, you bring ideas, you think like a marketer who happens to edit.
You don't need crazy After Effects or motion graphics. Most winning ads are built on good research, good messaging, and good copy. We need someone who gets that.
You need to be young and plugged into current culture, trends, and what's actually working on social media right now. Our audience is males 16 to 25. If you don't naturally understand what makes that demo stop scrolling, this isn't the right fit.
Great work ethic and fast response time are non-negotiable.
