JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a VIDEO EDITOR AND COLOR GRADER. Long-term if the first one goes well.

Upfront so nobody wastes their time: this is a HEAVY edit. Not a talking head with music under it.

Here's the reference — I want mine matched 1:1 on editing and grade. Same pacing, same style, same look:

Watch it before you quote.

EDITING:
— A real edit every few seconds. Cuts, punch-ins, b-roll, graphics, text pops.
— No long boring frames. No shot sitting there overexposed doing nothing.
— My face is on screen less than half the runtime. The rest is my voice running over footage, screenshots and graphics.
— Whatever I mention gets shown on screen — bank screenshots, comment screenshots, text mockups, animated lists.
— Custom graphics, not stock templates.

COLOR:
— Proper grade, not a LUT slapped on top
— Nothing blown out or crushed. Skin tones consistent across every clip.
— Footage comes from multiple cameras and phones in different lighting — needs to be matched so it all looks like one video
— The grade shifts with the story: cooler through the hard parts, warm on the turns. Not one flat look start to finish.

If you watch the reference and think that's a lot of work — it is. That's the job. Price it properly the first time and we're good.
