JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a high-level video editor who already has experience creating video ads and VSLs using AI tools.

This is not a beginner role.

We run multiple ecommerce brands across Europe and are scaling aggressively. Our creatives are the core of our growth, and we need someone who can produce high-converting ads fast.

You will be working with tools like:

Higgsfield
Nano Banana
Other AI video/image tools

Your job is simple:
???? Take winning concepts and turn them into scroll-stopping ads & VSLs
???? Improve existing creatives to increase performance
???? Produce consistently, fast, and at a high level

We care about output and performance, not just effort.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience with video ads (TikTok / Meta)
Experience with AI-generated creatives (mandatory)
Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, and conversion
Ability to follow structure but also think independently
Fast execution (this is a high-output role)
Perfectionist mindset – small details matter

If you have never worked with AI tools like Higgsfield or similar ? this is not for you.
