Overview
Edit high-performing videos for paid ads
Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist
Edit short-form and long-form (up to 5 min) videos for Meta
Around 10 videos per week
Responsibilities
Edit performance-driven video ads for Meta platforms
Follow provided scripts while adding creative execution
Turn scripts, briefs, and references into engaging video ads
Apply strong hooks in the first 1–3 seconds
Use AI tools (ElevenLabs, Creatify, and other AI apps) when required
Continuously improve edits based on performance feedback
Communicate clearly when something is unclear or missing
Day to Day
Edit videos from provided raw footage, scripts, or AI-generated assets
Execute edits strictly from the given script while enhancing visuals creatively
Create multiple variations (hooks, pacing, captions, endings)
Add captions, text overlays, sound effects, music, and voiceovers
Use ElevenLabs for voiceovers when needed
Use Creatify or other AI tools to speed up production
Update video status in the provided Google Sheet
Revise edits based on feedback from the Creative Team
Qualifications
2-3+ year of video editing experience (paid ads preferred)
Strong understanding of short-form and long-form ad performance
Experience editing for Meta
Comfortable following scripts while executing creatively
Experience with AI tools (ElevenLabs, Heygen, or similar) and software (CapCut)
