Complete Local Marketing is looking for a highly creative, fast-moving, and detail-oriented Full-Time Content Creator / Video Content Specialist to join our growing marketing agency focused on restaurants, bars, cafés, and hospitality brands in Puerto Rico.

This role is primarily focused on creating high-performing short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, stories, promotional campaigns, and branded content. We are looking for someone who understands how to create content that captures attention, builds cravings, creates emotional connection, and drives engagement.

While video creation is the core responsibility, the ideal candidate must also be flexible and capable of creating:
-Static social media posts
-Carousel content
-Story graphics
-Promotional visuals
-Basic motion graphics
-Static Posts (if needed)

CORE QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience creating high-performing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels)
Able to create Static & Carousels posts if needed
Strong video editing and storytelling skills
Portfolio showcasing real client or brand work
Ability to create engaging hooks, pacing, and retention-focused content
Basic graphic design skills for static posts and carousels
Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar editing tools
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Reliable, coachable, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced remote environment
