# VFX Compositor / Chroma Key & Rotoscoping Artist

**Remote | Project-Based | Philippines**

## About the Project

Organized Movements is producing a cinematic branded video project titled **The Superpower of Business**.

The production features approximately 10 business professionals filmed primarily against green screen. The creative concept uses a cinematic, superhero-inspired visual style to transform the talent from a traditional studio environment into polished, dramatic environments that support the story.

We are looking for an experienced **VFX Compositor / Chroma Key & Rotoscoping Artist** who can take professionally filmed green-screen footage and make each subject look naturally integrated into the final environment.

This is **not simply a background-removal job**. We are looking for someone who understands professional compositing and can make the finished shots feel intentional, cinematic, and believable.

## Responsibilities

You will work with professionally recorded footage and creative direction provided by our production team.

Your responsibilities may include:

* Professional green-screen/chroma key removal
* Advanced keying and edge refinement
* Hair and fine-detail preservation
* Green-spill suppression
* Manual rotoscoping when chroma keying alone is not sufficient
* Masking and object isolation
* Motion tracking
* Camera tracking when required
* Compositing subjects into supplied or created environments
* Matching foreground and background perspective
* Realistic contact shadows and environmental shadows
* Light wrapping and environmental lighting integration
* Color correction and color matching between subjects and backgrounds
* Depth of field and realistic lens treatment
* Motion blur where appropriate
* Atmospheric effects and subtle environmental enhancements
* Cleanup of unwanted objects, green-screen imperfections, stands, edges, or artifacts
* Integration of visual effects that support the cinematic storytelling
* Maintaining realistic skin tones and natural subject appearance
* Creating polished final composites suitable for commercial distribution

Some scenes may require more detailed rotoscoping or compositing than others.

## Visual Standard

The finished piece should feel like a **cinematic commercial**, not like people pasted over digital backgrounds.

We are especially interested in artists who understand how to use:

**lighting + shadows + perspective + depth + color + atmosphere**

to make a composite feel believable.

The effects should enhance the story without becoming cheesy, cartoonish, or overly artificial.

## Required Skills

Applicants should have strong demonstrated experience with:

* Chroma key / green-screen compositing
* Rotoscoping
* Masking
* Motion tracking
* VFX compositing
* Color matching
* Shadow and lighting integration
* 4K video workflows

Experience using one or more of the following is preferred:

* Adobe After Effects
* DaVinci Resolve / Fusion
* Nuke
* Mocha Pro
* Blender
* Cinema 4D
* Similar professional VFX/compositing software

You do **not** have to use a particular application as long as you can deliver professional results.

## What We Are NOT Looking For

Please do not apply if your experience is primarily:

* CapCut editing
* Basic background removal
* Social-media captions
* Templates and transitions
* AI-generated one-click green-screen removal
* Basic Premiere Pro editing without professional compositing experience

We specifically need someone with demonstrated **VFX compositing, chroma keying, masking, and/or rotoscoping experience**.
