JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant / Bookkeeper / Tax Preparation Assistant

Pay: $2.50–$3.25/hour
Hours: 30–40 hours/week
Location: Remote — Philippines, supporting a U.S.-based business. Must have USA past work experience.
Schedule: Flexible, with time-sensitive tasks completed promptly. Time must be logged.

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant / Bookkeeper / Tax Preparation Assistant to provide ongoing support based on business demand.

Responsibilities

Virtual administrative and operational support
Bookkeeping and accounting support
Organizing financial and tax documents
Assisting with U.S. tax preparation
Data entry and record-keeping
Customer/client communication and administrative support as needed

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience required
Strong experience with U.S. bookkeeping and tax software
Proficiency with QuickBooks
Experience with one or more professional tax preparation platforms
Strong English communication skills
Highly organized, dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and meet deadlines

This is a cross-functional position within the VA, bookkeeping, and tax-preparation scope, with responsibilities adjusted according to business needs.
