We are a Dutch e-commerce group running 10+ Shopify stores across Europe and the English-speaking markets. Our growth runs on paid social, which means we need a constant flow of fresh ad creative. We are looking for a VA who can produce that creative using AI image generation tools, at volume and at a consistent quality level.
This is not a "prompt a pretty picture" role. You will be producing product-accurate visuals that go straight into live ad accounts.
What you will do
Generate product and lifestyle images with AI tools based on our briefs and reference photos
Keep product details accurate (shape, color, logo placement, packaging) across every output
Produce variations of winning creatives: new backgrounds, new angles, new scenes, new formats
Resize and export assets in the formats we need (1:1, 4:5, 9:16)
Do basic retouching and cleanup where the AI output falls short
Organize all finished assets in our Google Drive with clear naming
Track what you produced in a simple sheet so we know which assets went where
Requirements
Hands-on experience with AI image generation (Midjourney, Nano Banana, GPT Image, Flux, Seedream, or similar). Tell us which ones and show us the work.
Strong eye for detail. You spot a warped logo or a six-fingered hand before we do.
Working knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or Photopea for fixes and composites
Good written English
Reliable internet and the ability to work independently once briefed
Comfortable receiving direct feedback and iterating fast
Nice to have
Experience creating ads for Meta or TikTok
Experience with AI video tools (Higgsfield, Kling, Seedance, Runway)
Shopify or general e-commerce background
What we offer
Long-term position with a growing company
Paid subscriptions to all tools you need
Clear briefs, fast feedback, no micromanagement
Room to grow into a wider creative role as we scale
How to apply
Send us:
A portfolio or folder link with at least 5 AI-generated images you made yourself
A short note on which tools you used for each and what your role was in the process
