JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Philippines-based Virtual Assistant with experience using Beehiiv to help manage and grow a newsletter connected to a YouTube channel with 43,000 subscribers.

This role is ideal for someone who understands newsletters, audience engagement, basic content writing, and email marketing. You should be confident setting up and managing newsletter campaigns in Beehiiv, formatting content professionally, and helping turn YouTube viewers into engaged email subscribers.

What you’ll be doing:
Managing and sending newsletters through Beehiiv, helping create and format email content based on YouTube videos and related topics, assisting with newsletter growth and subscriber engagement, improving layout and presentation, and supporting the overall email strategy tied to the brand.

What we’re looking for:
Experience using Beehiiv is essential. You should also have strong written English, good attention to detail, solid design sense for clean and attractive newsletter formatting, and the ability to work independently and follow direction well. Experience with YouTube-related content, audience funnels, or digital marketing is a plus.

About the brand:
This is for an established YouTube channel with 43k subscribers, so we are looking for someone who can help build a newsletter that feels professional, engaging, and aligned with an existing audience.
