Jo Closet Co. is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant to support project-related accounting, finance operations, and administrative workflows. This role is ideal for someone experienced with Zoho applications who enjoys keeping projects, financial records, and reporting organized and accurate.

THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION, WITH POTENTIAL FOR FULL-TIME.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with project-based accounting and financial tracking
- Manage invoices, expenses, and reconciliations in Zoho Books
- Support budgeting and expense allocation for ongoing projects
- Update and maintain project records in Zoho Projects
- Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers on project timelines and financial documentation
- Generate reports and track project costs/profitability
- Organize financial files, receipts, and internal documentation
- Assist with other finance and operations-related administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience using Zoho Books
- Experience with Zoho Projects
- Familiarity with other Zoho applications is a strong plus (Zoho CRM, Zoho Expense, Zoho Analytics, etc.)
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and project accounting processes
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience as a virtual assistant or finance/admin support preferred

Position Details:
- Part-time, hourly-based role during US daytime hours - 8:30am to 1:30pm.
- Remote work environment
