JOB OVERVIEW

B-Roll Specialist (Not a Full Editor)

I’m looking for someone who is excellent at selecting B-roll for short-form content.

Not a full video editor.

I already use tools like Veed and Submagic for captions, zooms, and transitions. The bottleneck is simple: finding the right B-roll that actually enhances the message.

What I Need

Someone who:

Has a strong understanding of social media content
Has great attention to detail
Can match visuals to the exact point being made (not just “kind of related”)
Takes pride in making the final product feel sharp and intentional
Is friendly and nice to talk to. If we're going to work together every day I like spending time with people who are nice! lol

I’ve worked with people on this before, and the biggest issue is this:

They pick B-roll that’s generic, random, or slightly off.

That’s not what I’m looking for.

I want someone who actually thinks about the video, understands the message, and chooses visuals that make it better.
