Virtual Assistant / Phone Receptionist & Medical Scribe Needed for Mental Health Clinic in Alaska – Full-Time Remote Position
We are a well-established mental health clinic in Alaska urgently looking for one dedicated, experienced Virtual Assistant who is assertive, confident, and NOT afraid to answer the phone.
This is a FULL-TIME, SINGLE-JOB ONLY position. We have been scammed in the past by applicants who were handling multiple jobs and could not give full commitment. If you currently have other clients or jobs, please do not apply.
Work Schedule:?9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Alaska Time (AKDT / AKST) – You must be fully available and logged in during these exact hours.
Key Requirements:
• Excellent American accent with a pleasant, professional customer service voice
• Confident and assertive when answering phone calls (this is a major part of the role – if you’re scared of the phone or rely on ChatGPT to send messages, this job is NOT for you)
• Proficient in scribing medical and mental health notes (required)
• Experience working in the mental health field is strongly preferred
• Able to handle scheduling, patient authorizations, looking up insurance benefits, administrative tasks, and possibly billing
• Social media experience is a plus
• Quiet workspace with NO background noise
• Dual monitor setup required
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to get along well with our existing virtual assistants and administrative staff
• Able to start as soon as possible (this is important – we need someone who can begin immediately or within a few days)
