Role Overview
You would be responsible for:
- Backend systems integrity
- Revenue protection
- Growth support (organic + ads)
- Landing page build coordination + design execution

Your role is to ensure the business operates smoothly while traffic increases.
You guard stability, support expansion, and eliminate leaks.

We're looking for someone with a HUGE eye for detail and who doesn't just do exactly what they're told, but infers what all needs to be done in order to complete a task.

Core Responsibilities
- Revenue Protection & Funnel Integrity
- Test all funnels, opt-ins, tags, email triggers, checkout flows, payment plans, upsells
- Confirm tracking accuracy before traffic scales
- Monitor abandoned cart performance
- Ensure onboarding flows activate properly
- Catch and correct data discrepancies proactively

- Report a Weekly Business Dashboard
- Ad spend + cost per lead (when we're doing ads)
- Funnel conversion rates
- Landing page conversion rates
- Upsell attachment rate
- Subscription churn
- Email open + CTR
- Revenue trends

- Organic + Paid Growth Support
- Check landing pages before launch
- Ensure email automations align with traffic source
- Maintain clean tagging
- Monitor conversion performance
- Flag underperforming steps quickly

- Landing Page & Design Execution
- Build pages inside Kajabi or Squarespace using existing brand templates
- Ensure mobile optimization
- Ensure alignment with current branding
- Coordinate with designer if additional assets are needed
- QA page performance post-launch
- Optimize layout for conversion based on data
- Ensure all pages meet American ADA legal requirements
- Keep terms and conditions, disclaimers, etc. up to date

- Email & Automation Optimization
- Maintain clean Kit (ConvertKit) tagging system
- Segment based on behavior + purchases
- Improve CTR and engagement through structural optimization
- Ensure deliverability best practices
- Align sequences with offer flow

- Customer Experience Stability
- Monitor onboarding completion
- Monitor churn patterns
- Reduce unnecessary support tickets through system clarity
- Identify friction points in the backend journey

- SOP & Systems Documentation
- Document funnel QA process
- Document tagging architecture
- Document page build checklist
- Maintain Asana organization
- Ensure all processes are transferable

Must be an EXPERT in:
- Kajabi
- ConvertKit
- Asana or Notion
- ThriveCart
- Squarespace
- Zapier
- ManyChat

Work Structure
- About 20 hours a week
