Position Overview
We are seeking a highly detailed, organized, and seasoned Virtual Assistant with specific experience in Airbnb Co-Hosting. This is a fast-paced role that requires you to be the "voice" of our properties during peak late-night and weekend hours.

Important Note on Schedule: This role requires full alignment with Pacific Standard Time (PST). Specifically, we are looking for candidates available to work night shifts and weekends to ensure our guests are supported around the clock.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Concierge: Manage all communications across Airbnb, Vrbo, and direct booking platforms with speed and professionalism.

Logistics Coordination: Organize cleaning schedules and turnovers, ensuring our field team is updated in real-time.

Crisis Management: Handle urgent property issues or guest complaints with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.

Voice Support: Conduct phone check-ins or resolve issues via call (RingCentral provided) when text isn't enough.

Operational Sync: Work closely with the LA-based management team during PST hours.

Requirements
Proven Experience: You must have a background as an Airbnb Co-Host or in STR property management.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with PMS tools (e.g., Guesty, Hostaway) and communication platforms.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills. You must be comfortable speaking on the phone.

PST Availability: Must be able to work Los Angeles night shifts, including Saturday and Sunday.

Environment: A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace for phone calls.
