Location: Remote (Philippines preferred for overlap with US Eastern)

Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week (with 2 hours/day overlap with US Eastern)

Pay: $500–$700/month to start (based on experience) + raises at 30/60/90 days based on clear metrics

SelfCare Sustained is a health coaching brand helping adults 50+ build deep, sustainable health (sleep, nutrition, movement, stress resilience). We run a structured online group program with Zoom cohorts, simple habit systems, and respectful, referral-friendly health education.

What success looks like in the first 30 days

You will:

Set up and maintain GoHighLevel so leads and members don’t fall through cracks
Publish consistent social posts (Facebook + LinkedIn) from a weekly content plan
Keep the cohort operations smooth (Zoom links, reminders, onboarding, follow-ups)
If you like checklists, systems, and clean execution—this role will feel great.

Core responsibilities

A) GoHighLevel (40%)

Build/maintain workflows, tags, pipelines, calendars, forms, and email/SMS sequences
Troubleshoot basic GHL issues and document what you fixed
Weekly reporting: leads, appointments, no-shows, follow-ups
B) Social posting + light content production (40%)

Turn my raw ideas/notes into scheduled posts for FB + LinkedIn
Create simple Canva assets (carousels, quote cards, program teasers)
Repurpose content (1 topic ? 3–5 posts)
C) Program coordination (20%)

Participant onboarding: welcome messages, tech instructions, reminders
Zoom session support (links, attendance, follow-up)
Keep a simple tracker of who needs what
Required experience

GoHighLevel experience (must be able to show examples: workflows, funnels, pipelines, calendars)
Canva (basic design + resizing + templates)
Strong written English and the ability to follow a brand voice
Organized, reliable, proactive communicator
Nice to have:

Health/wellness content experience
Copywriting for FB/LinkedIn
Basic video editing (CapCut/Canva)
Working style / communication

Daily async updates (end-of-day summary)
2 hours overlap with US Eastern (we’ll agree on the exact window)
Weekly planning call (30–45 minutes)
Training + growth
