About us:
We're a fast-growing NZ-based SaaS startup with strong traction. We need a sharp, proactive VA to own our sales pipeline operations so our founder can focus on closing deals.
Your responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to inbound leads from cold
Book discovery calls and demos directly into our sales rep's Google Calendar
Create and send customer contracts via Google Drive
Manage and update our leads database, keeping prospects warm and moving toward booking
Send follow-up
Keep the pipeline clean and nothing falling through the cracks
General VA tasks and duties
You must have:
Exceptional written English — you'll be representing our brand in every
Experience with cold
Google Workspace proficient (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
Highly organised with strong time management
Available Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm NZ time
Proactive communicator — if something's unclear or looks wrong, you tell us immediately
Nice to have:
Experience in a SaaS or tech startup
Has managed a sales pipeline or CRM before
