Full-Time Virtual Assistant for Creative Violinist & Online Education Business

(YouTube Editor | Social Media Manager | Funnel & Automation Specialist)

Type: Full-Time (20 hrs/week)

Work Hours: Flexible, but must overlap at least 2 hours/day with EST (New York Time)

Dr. Ye-jin Han is an award-winning violinist, educator, and founder of Effortless Violin Mastery — a holistic music education brand that helps adult violinists transform their playing and confidence through body–mind–heart alignment. She runs an online group program, storytelling concerts, and a YouTube channel inspiring thousands of musicians worldwide: ----------

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, creative, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow the brand’s digital presence, automate systems, and free up Dr. Han’s time to focus on creating world-class music and education content.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Video Editing & YouTube Management

Edit long-form YouTube videos (15–25 min) and short clips for reels (using CapCut, OpusClip, Descript, or Premiere Pro)

Add captions, transitions, and music in a professional, clean style.

Create engaging YouTube thumbnails and titles that match the brand aesthetic (warm beige, minimal, elegant)

Upload and schedule YouTube videos, optimize tags, descriptions, and playlists.

Repurpose YouTube content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

2. Social Media Management

Plan and post daily/weekly content across IG, FB Page, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Create beautiful, branded posts using Canva, OpusPro, or other design tools.

Write captions (with light guidance from Dr. Han) in her tone: warm, empowering, and holistic

Manage comments, DMs, and community engagement in the Holistic Violinists FB group

Track analytics, reach, and engagement across platforms

3. Back-End Business Operations (Tech & Automation)

Manage and optimize the business backend through ---------- (powered by Go High Level)

Build and update funnels, automations, email sequences, and pipelines.

Maintain the client portal (Effortless Violin Mastery progra ---------- mbers)

Integrate email marketing and tagging automation

Upload new course content and update modules

Launch Support: Assist in event logistics for 3-Day Masterclasses, webinars, and live programs

Content Repurposing: Convert key ---------- nts from webinars or group sessions into social content

Basic Website Updates: Maintain, refresh, and update content on ----------
Edit a new website domain: ----------

Team Coordination: Help track VA tasks, deadlines, and deliverables through Trello or Clickup

Community Engagement: Help moderate or post highlights in the student community. Post weekly question post.

Ideal Candidate

Has excellent communication skills in English
