JOB OVERVIEW

COMPANY OVERVIEW:
We are an online fitness coaching business that teach busy adults (mainly men) a more realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable way to get in better shape in way. We are looking to bring on a virtual assistant who speaks perfect English to communicate with leads through Instagram DMs. With our Instagram account having near 400k followers, the goal is to help nurture these leads and book as many calls as possible.

PAY:
This is a full-time position at $650 USD a month base pay + a Commission of 3% for every call sold that is booked through you. Previous VAs average $800-$1200+ a month, with the potential to make much more depending on your performance!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a highly proficient English-speaking virtual assistant to help manage our Instagram messages. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1) Initiating a minimum 100 outbound conversations per day with anyone that has engaged with our account
2) Communicating with every inbound lead that messages us directly
3) Connecting with prospective leads organically through posts, comments, and engaging with new followers.
4) Encouraging said leads to book a sales call by fostering genuine interest (minimum 1 booked sales call per day)
5) Re-engaging with leads that have gone cold

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent English Skills: You must have excellent written and verbal English skills. Clear, professional communication is crucial.
- Modern Equipment: A reliable laptop and a stable internet connection are required.
- Social media savvy: Experience with managing social media platforms, especially Instagram
- Fitness Industry Experience: Experience in the fitness industry is a plus, though not required.
- Sales experience: Having a sales background is a plus, though not required.
- Responsivity: Must be very responsive, coachable, and able to learn and implement things quickly
- Flexible Availability: Must have flexible availability to work weekends, evenings, and mornings.
- Performance-Based Compensation: Our commission structure encourages a strong work ethic and high-performance environment, with previous VA’s averaging $800-$1,200/month + the opportunity to make much more!

EXPECTATIONS:
- +100 new outbound messages per day (+500/week)
- +1 call booked per day (+5/week)
- Sub 30-minute response time to all messages
- Fluent in English (both speaking and typing)
- Responsive and coachable
