We are a growing high end eyebrow and permanent make up business looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to help increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and grow our online presence.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced social media and marketing professional to manage our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience within the beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or lifestyle industry and understand how to create engaging content that converts followers into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms
Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns
Plan and schedule content using a content calendar
Respond to comments and messages where required
Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and client bookings
Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Monitor social media performance and provide monthly reports
Identify trends, opportunities, and partnerships to grow the business
Assist with email marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and aesthetic
Contact existing client base for bookings

Requirements

Proven experience managing social media accounts for beauty, aesthetics, or similar businesses
Strong content creation and copywriting skills
Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Meta Ads Manager
Knowledge of social media analytics and growth strategies
Ability to work independently and bring creative ideas to the business
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Desirable

Experience in the beauty, brows, aesthetics, or skincare industry
Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
Photography and video editing experience
Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations

What We're Looking For
We want someone who can take ownership of our social media and marketing, bring fresh ideas, and help us attract new clients while strengthening relationships with existing ones. We need you to be able to use existing media and compile new Social Media posts.
