Attorney Fuel builds revenue systems for law firms across North America. We're not a marketing agency. We're not a software vendor. We're a done-for-you growth operation — CRM, automation, intake systems, and sales infrastructure — built specifically for attorneys who are serious about scaling. Our clients are law firm owners. They're sharp, busy, and expect sharp people on the other end of the phone.

The Opportunity
We're growing our sales support team and need one person who can own the front end of our pipeline. That means calling inbound leads fast, qualifying them, booking demos, and keeping everything clean in our CRM. This isn't data entry with occasional calls. This is a real sales support role — you'll be talking to attorneys every day.

Your Day-to-Day - Central Standard Time Zone US hours

Assist the owner as a Sales Assistant
Call back inbound leads within minutes, not hours
Qualify prospects using our framework and book demos for the sales team
Run follow-up sequences across phone, email, and SMS
Setup and keep CRM records clean and current after every touchpoint
Flag pipeline gaps and communicate proactively with the team
Represent Attorney Fuel professionally in every client interaction

What We Require
English Fluency
Native or C1/C2-level only. You will speak with U.S. attorneys daily. Your tone, vocabulary, cadence, and grammar must meet that standard without exception. This is assessed in screening — do not apply if this isn't you.
Experience

2+ years in appointment setting or sales support for a U.S., U.K., Canadian, or Australian company
You've made outbound calls in English to English-speaking professionals — not just chat or email
Background in legal, B2B, or professional services is a major plus

Tech Stack

CRM experience required — GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar
Comfortable in Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
You follow SOPs and learn new tools without hand-holding
