About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, people-oriented Guest Manager to oversee guest experiences from booking through check-out. If you thrive on delivering exceptional hospitality, managing details, and creating five-star stays, this role is for you.
Must Haves
Experience with Airbnb,
Customer service or concierge background
Familiarity with Slack, Asana, ClickUp, PriceLabs
Quiet background suitable for guest calls
Reliable and stable internet connection
Key Responsibilities
Guest Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries, bookings, and concerns via phone,
Check-in/Check-out Oversight: Ensure smooth arrivals and departures, including key/fob coordination, remote support, and timely follow-up.
Issue Resolution: Handle maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, and complaints swiftly and diplomatically.
Quality Assurance: Monitor property readiness before check-in and ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and amenities.
Team Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to meet guest needs and resolve problems.
Reporting: Maintain logs of guest interactions, complaints, resolutions, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to workflows, guest touchpoints, and service protocols.
Systems & Organisation: Strong skills with Google Workspace, organising spreadsheets, trackers, and improving systems.
What We’re Looking For
Hospitality experience (hotel, Airbnb, serviced apartments, STRs) strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities
Comfortable with tech tools (PMS, booking platforms, smart locks, guest messaging apps)
Positive, calm, and professional under pressure
