Job Summary
Download photos from the editor, review them for quality, retouch any photos and the occasional videos daily (colour correction/item removal, etc.), upload to the correct folder in Dropbox, and then
You will be working with the editor and CEO to maintain top industry standards and any agent requests. Maintain communication with the CEO on any updates and concerns from agents and yourself.
As the role progresses, new tasks will be assigned and hours will increase. As the team grows and new photographers come onboard more hours may be required to QC more shoots.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Project Management to make sure photos are received and delivered on time.
• All jobs are to be sent out before 1 PM NZST.
• Quality Control for deliverables (Photos, Videos, Floorplans) to make sure all media is ready and at the highest industry standards.
• Make edits to photos in Photoshop/Lightroom as needed (lighting, colour correction, or object removal)
• Make edits to Videos as needed. This is less important, but please note if you have video experience.
• Sending communications with the agents and the CEO when jobs are done.
• Being the point of contact for agent requests or tweaks.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to take on several tasks at once.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Excellent English speaking and writing.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and WhatsApp.
• Preferred proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro/DaVinci Resolve/CapCut.
• Proficient with Google G Suite and Microsoft Office software.
• Fast learner and willing to learn. Needs to be teachable
