JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Remote VA Opener / App Getter – Merchant Cash Advance & Business Credit
Company: Catalyst Capital (US-based Funding Team)
Location: 100% Remote (Philippines preferred – stable internet & quiet workspace required)
Type: Full-Time (shifts flexible, US time zone alignment needed – mornings/evenings PH time)
Pay Structure:

Base: $2.00 per hour
Per App Bonus: $2–$3 per qualified booked appointment (paid weekly/bi-weekly)
Funding Bonus: Additional bonus when your leads close and fund (performance tiered, uncapped potential)

Role Overview
We're looking for hungry, persistent cold callers to open doors for our MCA and business credit line funding deals. You'll cold call US business owners (restaurants, retail, contractors, etc.) who need fast cash or credit lines. Goal: Qualify leads, build interest, and book them for our closers/funders. High volume outbound calling – script provided, but you gotta grind!
Key Responsibilities

Make 100–200+ cold calls per shift using our dialer/CRM
Follow scripts to pitch MCA (cash advances) and business credit lines
Qualify prospects (business revenue, time in business, credit needs)
Set qualified appointments / transfers to senior closers
Log everything accurately in CRM
Hit daily call & app targets for bonuses

Requirements

Experience in cold calling, telesales, or lead gen (BPO/call center background a plus)
Strong English communication (clear accent, confident on phone)
Comfortable with rejection & high-volume calling
Reliable high-speed internet, headset, quiet home office
Laptop/PC (Windows preferred for our tools)
Motivated by commissions – top performers earn way more than base
Available for US hours (EST/PST overlap)
