JOB OVERVIEW

We are building a small portfolio of structured digital projects and are looking to add reliable, detail-oriented VAs to a short-term talent pool.

This is not a full-time role and not a single long-term position.
It is project-based work with clear instructions, fixed scope, and fast turnaround.

We currently have three distinct VA roles open. You may apply to one role only.

ROLE OPTIONS (Choose ONE)

ROLE A — Content & Canva Guide Builder
Focus: Creating clean, practical PDF guides
You will:
Build a 20–30 page PDF guide in Canva from a provided outline
Use plain English, bullet points, and checklists
Follow strict tone rules (busy reader, no jargon, no hype)
Flag unclear areas instead of guessing
You will NOT:
Write marketing copy
Add creativity beyond instructions
Research competitors
Make promises or guarantees
Required experience:
Prior Canva PDF or guide/ebook creation
Comfort following strict outlines and constraints

ROLE B — Funnel & Automation Builder (GoHighLevel)
Focus: Simple, reliable funnel setup
You will:
Clone a basic GoHighLevel funnel
Connect Stripe checkout
Set up a short email automation (delivery + follow-up)
Test everything end-to-end
You will NOT:
Write copy from scratch
Build complex automations
Optimize or expand scope beyond instructions
Required experience:
Hands-on GoHighLevel experience
Familiarity with Stripe and basic tagging/automation

ROLE C — Local Outreach & Signal Collection
Focus: Posting and responding in local online communities
You will:
Post short, pre-written messages in local groups (e.g., Facebook, community forums)
Respond politely using provided scripts
Identify and log:
General interest

Email signups
“Do you offer services?” messages
Track daily activity in a simple log
You will NOT:
Spam
Argue or defend
Freelance responses
Handle sensitive or escalated issues
Required experience:
Prior community posting, moderation, or outreach work
Strong written English
High judgment and restraint

ROLE D — Automation Expert
Focus: Creating and refining advanced automations
You will: Use ---------- , Zapier, etc to build elegant automations to accomplish business tasks.

COMPENSATION & TIME
Hourly: $4–6 USD (role-dependent)
Time commitment: Short-term, project-based
Schedule: Flexible, but deadlines matter
