VA Needed for YouTube Operations — Faceless Channel Manager

Has their own computer and high-speed Internet connection
Speaks, Reads, and Writes excellent English
Can work from home without distractions
Is always learning and improving his/her skills
Has a Wise/PayPal account
Is willing to learn new skills and can easily be trained in other skills
Can work full-time (30–40 hours per week)

THE ROLE — WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

This job is about keeping the entire YouTube backend running like clockwork, so that every video across all my channels goes out perfect and on time. You'll be the person who watches the whole operation and makes sure nothing slips.

To start, you will take care of:

Making sure editors deliver on time and we hit the deadline for every video
Producing voiceovers (in ElevenLabs — I'll train you) and cleaning them up
Writing and finalizing YouTube descriptions
Adding and correcting subtitles
Scheduling and publishing videos
A full quality check before anything goes live — monetization turned ON, chapters, links, end screens, cards, everything correct and polished
Keeping all channels running smoothly, day in and day out

That's the first stage — think of it as the foundation we build on. As we build our working relationship and trust, we'll tackle more and more tasks and projects together, and your role and rewards grow with it.

I will need you to work 6–8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. You can make your own hours.

SKILLS NEEDED FOR THIS JOB:

Proven experience with YouTube channel backend — REQUIRED (you know the platform cold: descriptions, chapters, end screens, cards, subtitles, playlists, tags, scheduling, and monetization settings)
Extremely organized with strong organizational skills — you keep many moving pieces on track without dropping any
Able to figure things out and deliver the outcome on your own — you solve problems and get to the result without needing me to explain how or hold your hand. No micromanaging required.
Extremely detail-obsessed — nothing slips through the cracks
Excellent written English
Reliable and deadline-driven — you make sure things ship on time
Ability to take initiative and full self-accountability
Fast learner and able to implement new things quickly
Comfortable learning new tools (ElevenLabs, Trello, and others)
Positive mindset
Good communication skills
Self-motivated and able to get the job done without supervision
Problem solver who catches issues before they become problems
Willingness to go above and beyond the tasks they are given
A passion for constant self-improvement and a desire to over-deliver
Open-minded, willing to innovate and find better ways to do things

I'm not looking for just another assistant. I'm looking for a teammate who will work side by side with me and help me grow my YouTube channels. This role starts with running the backend, but for the right person it grows into owning a whole department, running it, and leading your own team under you — with a bigger salary and a real stake in how the business performs, all while working from home.

COMPENSATION — BASE + PERFORMANCE BONUSES:

You'll have a fixed base salary, plus performance bonuses tied to KPIs. As we hit our targets, and as you take on new tasks and projects, you'll be rewarded with a bonus for each KPI reached. The better the operation runs and the more you own, the more you earn. This is built so that when the business wins, you win.

There are also additional bonuses which will be awarded according to your performance.

The job is full time and it is an ongoing position, hopefully for as long as possible.
