The ideal candidate would have experience with:
NDIS Behaviour Support administration — ideally having worked with a Behaviour Support Practitioner/provider and understanding PBSPs, interim/comprehensive plans, restrictive practices, implementation, review dates and practitioner/provider obligations.
NDIS Commission compliance and audits — understanding provider registration, audit preparation, evidence/document management, policies, registers and keeping records audit-ready.
Invoicing/accounts administration — preparing and sending invoices, reconciling payments and keeping financial records organised.
Subcontractor administration — checking invoices/timesheets, preparing payments, tracking practitioner hours and maintaining contractor documentation.
CRM management — referrals, participant details, funding periods, service agreements, plan dates, practitioner allocation and follow-ups.
Google Workspace — Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar and maintaining a logical filing structure.
Privacy and confidentiality — particularly important because they'll potentially be handling sensitive participant information.
