About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented LinkedIn Lead Generation VA to build qualified lists of DTC brands and their key decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This is a recurring part-time role with a clear, repeatable process. We provide Loom walkthroughs so you know exactly what to do from day one.

What you will do
- Work through saved account searches in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Assess each company and determine whether it qualifies as a DTC brand
- Save qualifying accounts to the correct lists inside Sales Navigator
- Find and save the right decision-makers within those accounts (CMO, VP Marketing, Director of Marketing, CEO)
- Send a daily progress update

A brand qualifies when:
- It sells only its own branded products
- It has a clear brand identity and positioning
- The product is problem-solving and advertisable on Meta
- It has visible traction (reviews, social presence)

A brand does not qualify when:
- It sells multiple brands or unrelated products
- It is a dropship or wholesale operation
- The product category cannot be advertised on Meta

What we expect from you
- Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Previous lead generation work for an e-commerce or marketing agency is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail, the quality of this list directly impacts our sales pipeline
- Fluent written English
- Reliable internet connection with a backup
- Consistent availability and clear communication
