About Us
We are a dynamic and growing interior design firm looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our design team remotely. This role is perfect for someone with experience in interior design and a passion for supporting creative teams. You’ll work closely with designers to bring their vision to life through 3D modeling, project coordination, and procurement logistics. Key Responsibilities
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: Collaborate with designers to create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings using design tools such as SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
- Construction & Planning Documentation: Assist in preparing floor plans, elevations, sections, and other technical drawings for design development and construction.
- Materials & Product Research: Research materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet the project’s needs; compile detailed product specifications and comparisons.
- Vendor Communication & Procurement Support: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to request samples, pricing, and lead times. Help prepare procurement schedules and manage order tracking.
- Project Coordination: Keep digital files organized, maintain project documentation, and ensure designers are updated on outstanding tasks and product delivery timelines.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, updating client presentations, and entering data for project tracking.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in interior design support or a related Virtual Assistant role.
- Proficiency in design software: Revit (Priority), Enscape for SketchUp, Enscape for Rhino, or other rendering software. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
- Strong research, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
- Must be available to work during PST business hours.
