What You’ll Do:
Handle incoming customer inquiries (phone calls,
Ffollow up with customers.
Manage customer database / CRM: input service requests, track status, ensure follow-ups.
Send reminders / confirmations to customers.
Assist with billing / invoicing queries.
Monitor and respond to complaints, escalate when necessary.
Support service techs with customer communication
Task tracking and daily to-dos to keep operations smooth.
Auditing
Handling internal communication flow

Who We’re Looking For:
At least 3-5 years of customer service experience (or comparable).
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Reliable internet connection & ability to work remotely.
Must have at least 2 monitors
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable with phone,
Familiarity with CRM tools, or willingness to learn.
Self-starter: able to anticipate customer needs, problem solve.
