We’re a small but rapidly expanding eCommerce store, specializing in selling fire pits, fireplaces, and a variety of fire and heat products. As our revenue grows, so does our need for a versatile individual to handle sales and customer service.
As we scale, our sales team and customer support team both need help. We’re looking for a Support Guru who can juggle a variety of tasks and can confidently support both sides of the business. Your role will be crucial as we continue to grow.

JOB OVERVIEW
Your role will be to become an expert in both sales support and customer service support, while also owning reviews and post-purchase follow-up.
You’ll work closely with our sales rep and customer service rep to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Main Responsibilities:
Supporting Sales:
- Sending proposals and quotes
- Following up with warm leads
- Going the extra mile to close the sale
Customer Service Support:
- Processing and managing orders
- Communicating with customers and suppliers
- Resolving issues with orders
- Handling support calls, live chat &
Review & Follow-Up Management:
- Collecting project photos and testimonials

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Honest, reliable, and confident
Engaging and fun personality
Near-native English speaker
Type at least 50 WPM
Shopify experience is a plus
Sales experience is a big plus

Work Environment: Must work from a professional environment.
WORKING HOURS
Full-time position (40 hours/week): Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM US Eastern time.
