Your Responsibilities Will Include:
**Appointment Setting**
- Call or text warm leads inside our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Follow a clear script to qualify prospects
- Set appointments directly on our calendar
- Follow up with leads who don’t respond

- Launch and monitor
- Create and test ad creatives (images, short copy, headlines)
- Monitor comments and lead forms
- Communicate results weekly

Bonus if you also:
- Understand Medicare or U.S. insurance (not required—we train!)
- Can handle lead management and tagging inside a CRM
- Experienced with GoHighLevel

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident and warm phone presence
- Experience in appointment setting or BPO sales
- Strong understanding of
- Reliable internet connection + quiet workspace
- Willing to work U.S. hours (CST or PST preferred)

Compensation:
- Starting rate: $5–$7/hour (depending on experience)
- Plus bonuses for booked/closed appointments
- 13th-month pay and long-term growth for the right person
