We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who wants to grow with the company and become a trusted right-hand person in both administrative and online marketing tasks.
About the Role
This role is a mix of administrative support, creative marketing, and tech/software learning. You don’t need to know everything on Day 1 — what’s most important is that you are organized, proactive, eager to learn, and communicative.
You will work closely with the owner and help manage day-to-day tasks that keep the business moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations
•
• File organization and data entry
• Research tasks (vendors, tools, competitors, marketing ideas)
• CRM support (learning and building workflows)
• Transferring and organizing files, documents, and customer data
• Handling miscellaneous tasks as needed
CRM & Software (Training Provided)
• Learn and help build Zoho CRM
• Organize leads, contacts, and pipelines
• Assist with automation, notes, and task tracking
• Learn new software/tools that improve business efficiency
Marketing & Creative Tasks
• Create weekly marketing flyers and simple graphics
• Assist with
• Help manage and organize online content
• Research marketing trends and ideas for restoration services
• Assist with Google Business Profile updates (photos, posts, etc.)
SEO & Analytics (Preferred but Not Required)
• Basic understanding of SEO concepts
• Experience or interest in Google Analytics / Google Search Console
• Keyword research and content ideas
• Tracking simple performance metrics
Ideal Candidate

Preferred Experience (Not Required)
• Virtual assistant or admin experience
• Zoho CRM (or similar CRM platforms)
• Canva or basic graphic design tools
• SEO, Google Analytics, or digital marketing
• Working with U.S.-based businesses
