Hello, and thanks for stopping by.
We are a fast-growing European health and wellness brand focused on
We are building a strong creative research system and are looking for someone who can grow with us long term.
## What this role is
Your job is to help us understand what the best brands in our space are advertising and what patterns show up across their ads.
You will research 10 brands in the Meta Ad Library and record what you find in a Google Sheet we have already built for you.
You will track things like:
* Which ad formats they use
* What kind of proof they use
* Who the ad seems to be speaking to
You will also save selected screenshots in Google Drive.
The categories are already defined, so you will have a clear system to follow.
The first week is a full mapping of all 10 brands. After that, the work is around 3 hours per week to check what is new.
## One rule that matters a lot
An ad only goes into the sheet if all three are true:
1. It is a static image ad
2. It has been running for at least 30 days
3. It does NOT show the "Low impression count" label
If it has that label, we do not include it.
## Who we are looking for
Someone careful, curious and genuinely interested in advertising.
Accuracy matters much more than speed.
Marketing experience is a plus, but not required. What matters is that you enjoy research, spotting patterns and understanding why ads work.
The main judgement call is noticing when two ads look different but are built around the same core idea.
We will give you clear instructions and examples.
## What we offer
* Clear written processes
* One agreed delivery day per week
* No screen tracking
* Reliable, on-time payment
* A paid two-week trial
* Room to grow into more hours, responsibility and research work
If we work well together, the person who learns our brand and research system now will be the first person we come to as the role grows.
