Virtual Assistant – Customer Service & Lead Specialist (Rental Car Company)
We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant with excellent communication skills to help manage incoming leads and assist customers interested in renting vehicles from our company. This role is customer-facing, so you must be comfortable speaking with clients, asking questions, and guiding them through the rental process.
Responsibilities
• Review and respond to incoming leads from text, calls, and online applications
• Vet potential customers to ensure they meet rental requirements
• Communicate with clients via phone, SMS, and messaging platforms
• Schedule qualified customers for vehicle pickup appointments
• Explain rental terms, payment policies, and company requirements clearly
• Follow up with leads who have not completed their application
• Maintain organized records of conversations and customer status
Requirements
• Strong English communication skills (clear speaking voice is very important)
• Comfortable talking with customers on the phone and via text
• Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
• Ability to ask the right questions and qualify leads
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Organized and detail-oriented
Preferred Experience
• Customer service or call center experience
• Sales or lead qualification experience
• Experience working as a Virtual Assistant
