Job Title: Utility Administrator
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical Utility Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for utility reporting and analysis, ensuring billing and contractual accuracy, and supporting operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify discrepancies quickly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Coding and Processing Invoices
Prepare and maintain comprehensive utility reports and tracking systems.
Perform daily utility analysis and monitor recapture activities.
Audit utility billing formulas to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with municipal rate adjustments.
Monitor and track utility rate increases, providing timely and accurate updates to management.
Identify unusual or high consumption patterns and coordinate with field staff for immediate resolution.
Communicate regularly with field staff to address and correct utility-related issues such as water leaks, meter discrepancies.
Ensure all reporting and operational deadlines are consistently met with precision.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all data entries are complete, consistent, and error-free.
Foster clear, consistent, and professional communication across all levels of the organization.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
