PowerSell is a US-based real estate investment company and we need a Sales & Deal Manager who can keep our pipeline moving. If you have experience in real estate, sales, or deal coordination, you speak clear and confident English, and you want a long-term home with a company that's scaling fast — keep reading.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You're the engine that moves deals from contract to close. That means managing our buyer pipeline, marketing properties to cash buyers, negotiating deals, coordinating with our sales team and title companies, and keeping our deal flow tight and fast. You'll work directly with the CEO and our team daily.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
1. Real estate or sales experience is mandatory. Dispositions, acquisitions, transaction coordination, or high-volume sales. Tell us exactly what you've done, what markets or industries you've worked, and what results you produced.
2. Excellent English. Clear, fluent, zero dialect. You will be on the phone with US-based buyers and investors. If you can't sound polished and professional on a call, this won't work.
3. Go-getter attitude. We move fast. We don't micromanage. You see something that needs doing, you do it. If you need someone standing over your shoulder, this isn't the right fit.
4. CRM and tech comfort. We run GoHighLevel as our CRM backbone. Experience with GHL is a major plus. At minimum you need to be comfortable learning new systems quickly.
COMPENSATION
Option A: $3/hr base + performance bonuses tied to closed deals
Option B: $6-9/hr straight pay based on your experience level
We'll discuss which structure works best during the interview.
SCHEDULE
40 hours per week. US business hours. This is a full-time, long-term position.
