We are a fast-paced U.S.-based national nonprofit working on major campaigns to raise wages for workers across the country. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage daily operations and keep our campaign running smoothly.
Inbox + Communication Management
Manage and organize a high-volume
Flag urgent messages and prioritize responses
Draft clear, professional replies for review
Data + Systems Management
Work inside tools like EveryAction (CRM), Mobilize, and Scale to Win
Perform data entry, list cleaning, tagging, and updates
Ensure data is accurate, organized, and up to date
Scheduling + Coordination
Schedule meetings and manage calendar logistics
Send reminders and follow up with tea
Track who is responsible for tasks and ensure deadlines are met
Operations + Admin Support
Format documents, reports, and one-pagers
Upload and organize files in Google Drive
Help keep internal systems clean and structured
Make a flyer on canva
Send invoices
Track expense
Update a wix site
order supplies like t shirts etc
? Who You Are
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Strong written English (clear, professional communication)
Reliable and responsive — you don’t miss things
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes urgent environment
Able to follow instructions AND think ahead
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Bonus (not required but a big plus):
Experience with CRMs (EveryAction, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Experience supporting campaigns, nonprofits, or operations teams
