JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Sales & Retention Specialist to join our fast-growing online community. If you’re confident on the phone, love helping people, and know how to close sales while keeping members happy—this role is for you!

Role:

• Position: Sales & Retention Specialist

• Type: Full-Time | Remote | Long-Term

• Start: Immediate

Compensation:

• $400/month during probation (first 3 months)

• $700/month after probation

• Bonuses available for conversions & retention

Responsibilities:

• Call warm leads and help them subscribe to our Skool-based membership

• Chat with leads via DMs, email, and calls to answer questions and close sales

• Follow up with members considering cancellation — solve problems, encourage them to stay

• Follow up on overdue/failed payments via phone, chat, or email

• Do light outbound engagement (social, email, outreach) to generate leads

• Keep our CRM & Skool system updated with notes and lead/member activity

• Share feedback from leads & members to help improve our community and offers

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Are confident, proactive, and persuasive on the phone

• Have customer service or sales experience (retention is a big plus)

• Are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly

• Can take ownership of tasks without constant reminders

• Have stable internet connection and quiet working environment

• Can work full-time and are reliable with time management
