Position: Part-Time Experienced Bookkeeper

About Us: We are a group of forward-thinking real estate companies in the US, seeking an experienced bookkeeper to manage our financial operations. This role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the stability of a full-time commitment, empowering you to balance your professional and personal commitments effectively.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Quickbooks Online.
- Working knowledge of Buildium (property management software) required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate and class allocations.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.

Responsibilities: As our bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our real estate companies. Your responsibilities will include:

* Reconciliation: Thoroughly reconcile bank accounts, lines of credit, and credit cards.
* Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
* Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly account reconciliation.
* Journal Entries: Execute weekly journal entries with accuracy.
* Financial Statements: Prepare key financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
* Buildium Management: Maintain tenant ledgers, process rent payments, and manage property-level bookkeeping within Buildium.
