We’re looking for an accountant based in the Philippines who can start **Friday, October 9, at 9:00 a.m. New York time (9:00 p.m. Philippine time)** to help with accounting, spreadsheets, and financial reporting.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum **5 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience**
- **Very proficient in QuickBooks**
- Training and practical experience using **Claude AI** for accounting workflows, report preparation, and setup
- Ability to use Claude AI to create and organize spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good English communication skills and reliable internet
- Available to start at the scheduled time and work the night shift

We are boutique luxury fine-art photography studio in New York City (maternity, newborn & portrait; founded 2007, two locations). Project Management · Asana · Experienced Accountant, Very proficient in QuickBooksTraining and practical experience using Claude AI for accounting workflows, report preparation, and setup. Graveyard hours, monthly follow up 10 hours a month or more + more ihours for tax season
