JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing business focused on helping customers solve real problems and get great results. As our marketing and social media presence grows, we’re looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to help manage inbound messages and book qualified leads into appointments or services.
This is a part-time role with long-term growth potential for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Responding to Instagram, Facebook, or social media DMs and comments
• Answering questions from potential customers about services or offers
• Helping leads book appointments, consultations, or trials
• Following up with people who have shown interest but haven’t scheduled yet
• Updating lead notes inside our tracking system or CRM
• Communicating daily with our U.S.-based team
You’ll often be the first impression people get when they reach out, so professionalism, responsiveness, and warmth matter.

What We’re Looking For
• Based in the Philippines
• Strong written and spoken English
• Friendly, conversational tone (no robotic copy/paste replies)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours (preferred but flexible)
• Reliable internet and laptop
• Able to work part-time consistently
Bonus if you have:
• Experience handling Instagram or social media leads
• Appointment setting experience
• CRM or lead tracking system experience
• Customer service or sales support experience

What This Role Is NOT
• This is not a “send one message and disappear” job
• This is not passive work — follow-up is important
• This is not a short-term gig
