JOB OVERVIEW

The Role
We need a developer who can independently take a brief and ship working AI systems. You will build client-facing AI agents and internal marketing automation tools from scratch — and maintain them as the business scales.
This is a hands-on builder role. You will own the full stack from API integration to n8n workflows to the frontend the client sees. the founder sets the direction; you execute.

What You Will Build
AI Agents for Clients
WhatsApp AI concierges — handle enquiries, check availability, process bookings 24/7

Telegram bots — staff scheduling, clock-in/out, payroll calculation, manager approvals
Booking system integrations — Bookeo, Google Sheets, Xero, payment gateways
Conversation design — intent classification, escalation logic, multi-turn dialogue flows
Marketing Automation Tools
AI content planner dashboard — viral research, content calendar, review queue, auto-post
Ad creative pipelines — image generation (Nano Banana Pro), video ads (Kling AI)
Social media automation — scraping trending content, scheduling, Instagram and TikTok
Lead generation tools — LinkedIn/Instagram outreach, cold email campaigns, proposal generation
Ongoing Development
Extend and maintain existing n8n workflows as new client requirements come in
Debug API issues, fix broken integrations, improve reliability across all systems
Ship fast — we demo live in front of clients, so things need to work

What We Are Looking For
Must Have
Claude Code and the Anthropic API — you have shipped real things with it
n8n — Code nodes, HTTP request nodes, webhook configuration, error handling
REST API integration — you can read API docs and connect any service without hand-holding
Vanilla JS and basic HTML/CSS — our tools are single-file dashboards, no frameworks
Messaging APIs — ---------- Business API or Telegram Bot API, at least one
Strong written English — you communicate clearly with Carol and directly with clients when needed
Strong Plus
KIE.ai, Kling AI, or other generative media APIs (image/video generation)
Apify or similar web scraping tools
Notion API, Google Sheets API, Xero API
Experience building chatbots or conversational AI flows
