The Role

We are looking for a high-level UpHex + GoHighLevel specialist with experience in real estate marketing.

You will be responsible for launching and managing lead generation campaigns for real estate agents, while ensuring everything connects seamlessly into our CRM and automation systems.

This is not a basic VA role.
You are a builder + operator inside a scaling system.

Responsibilities

- Real Estate Ad Campaign Management (UpHex)
- Launch Facebook & Instagram lead generation campaigns for:
- Buyer leads
- Seller leads
- Listing promotions
- Customize and optimize UpHex templates for real estate audiences
- Deploy campaigns across multiple agent accounts
- Monitor CPL, lead quality, and performance
- GoHighLevel (GHL) System Setup
- Build and manage real estate sub-accounts
- Set up pipelines for buyer and seller leads
- Create workflows, automations, and triggers for follow-up
- Connect ad campaigns directly to funnels and CRM
- Client Interaction
- Meet with real estate agents via Zoom
- Assist with onboarding and campaign setup
- Provide performance updates and recommendations
- Help troubleshoot and improve results
- System Scaling
- Identify winning campaigns and replicate across accounts
- Improve speed and efficiency of campaign launches

Help us build a repeatable lead generation machine for agents
Requirements

Must-Have
Proven experience using UpHex for real estate ads
Strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
Understanding of real estate lead generation (buyers + sellers)
Experience managing multiple client accounts
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Comfortable on Zoom with clients
Strong Advantage
Experience working with U.S. real estate agents
Familiarity with Zillow, Facebook leads, and follow-up systems
Understanding of ISA or inside sales processes
