We make mobile games and we're looking for a Unity developer to join our creative production team. Your job isn't building games from scratch — it's taking scenes from our existing title that have already proven themselves in ad creatives, and producing a high volume of polished iterations: new layouts, fresh angles, visual tweaks, and gameplay variations that we can test as new ad content.
It's repetitive work by nature, but the best person for this role will bring genuine creative instinct to every iteration — spotting what makes a scene compelling and finding new ways to push it further. If you can go beyond the brief and conceive your own original concepts that hook a viewer in the first two seconds and keep them watching, there's real room to grow with us.
You'll be working with an existing codebase and will have access to Claude Code (AI coding assistant) to handle the heavy lifting, so you're not starting from scratch on every task.
What You'll Be Doing
- Taking high-performing Unity scenes and producing multiple creative iterations — new camera angles, layouts, lighting,
and visual treatments
- Recording and uploading large volumes of raw gameplay footage for use across our creative pipeline
- Building and applying interesting shaders to add visual polish and variety
- Introducing new mechanics or design ideas within existing scene frameworks
- Pitching and executing your own original scene concepts — exhilarating, captivating footage that retains viewers
and performs as ad content
- Working within an established codebase — reading, extending, and modifying existing scripts confidently
- Using Claude Code to accelerate development and handle boilerplate work
What We're Looking For
- Solid Unity experience with a strong portfolio — this is the most important thing
- Comfortable working inside an existing project and codebase rather than building from zero
- Experience writing custom shaders (Shader Graph or HLSL)
- A creative eye — you should be able to look at a scene and have ideas, not just wait to be told what to change
- Self-directed and productive working remotely with minimal hand-holding
- Comfortable with repetitive, output-focused work without letting quality slip
Nice to Have
- Video editing skills — even basic ability to capture and cut together scene recordings is a bonus
- Familiarity with mobile game ad creative trends (what hooks work, what visual styles perform)
- Experience with AI tools in your development workflow
Salary & Growth
- Starting salary is based on experience and portfolio. We review performance after an initial period, and those
who demonstrate strong output and creative initiative can expect salary progression — this is a role where the right
person can grow quickly.
To Apply
- Share your portfolio — Unity projects, shaders, or anything that shows your work in action. Video or GIF demos of
scenes or effects are ideal. Tell us briefly about a project where you had to work within someone else's
existing codebase.
