Key Responsibilities
-Translate complex processes into simple, intuitive workflows.
-Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma that balance clarity with scalability.
-Design dashboards and permissions-based UIs for different roles
-Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs for maximum usability.
Documentation & Handoff:
-Provide clear design specifications and assets for developers (front-end & back-end).
-Work closely with product owner (Heide), lead backend developer (Gilbert), and other tea
-Prioritize user-friendly layouts for non-tech-savvy dental office staff, ensuring clarity in navigation, billing, and product selection.
Requirements
-Experience as a UX/UI Designer in SaaS or complex workflow platforms.
-Strong portfolio in Figma (dashboards, admin panels, role-based systems preferred).
-Understanding of modular design systems and role-based permissions.
-Experience in enterprise SaaS, healthtech, or dental/medical software is a strong plus.
-Strong communication skills (must document logic clearly for dev handoff).
-Ability to work independently and iteratively in a startup environment.
Nice to Have
-Familiarity with dental workflows (case slips, billing, technician routing).
-Knowledge of design tokens, component libraries, and responsive web design.
-Prior work with onboarding flows for non-technical users.
-Experience with visibility management UI or role-based control panels.
