Role Purpose
The UX/Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualising and executing design solutions that meet specific client briefs. You will balance the "look" (Graphic Design) with the "logic" (UX Design) to ensure that every asset -- whether a landing page, a social campaign, or a brand identity -- is optimised for the client’s target audience and business objectives.
Work of the Role
Multi-Brand Design: Developing creative assets for a variety of clients, ensuring each piece aligns strictly with their specific brand identity and tone.
UX Strategy & Wireframing: Building user flows and wireframes for client websites and apps to improve navigation and conversion.
High-Fidelity UI Design: Creating polished, modern interfaces in Figma/Adobe XD that are ready for developer handoff.
Marketing Collateral: Designing high-performing ad creative,
Client Presentation: Articulating design concepts and UX logic to clients, explaining how your creative decisions solve their business problems.
Iterative Optimisation: Using client feedback and data (Heatmaps, Google Analytics) to refine designs and improve performance post-launch.
Collaborative Sprints: Working closely with Account Managers, Google Ads Specialists, and Developers to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Quality Control: Ensuring all files are delivered to spec (print or digital) and maintaining organised asset libraries for every client.

Client Retention & Satisfaction: High marks on client feedback surveys regarding the quality and creativity of design work.
Efficiency: Managing time effectively across multiple projects, meeting all internal and client deadlines without compromising quality.
Technical Accuracy: Minimal revisions required due to technical errors or failure to follow the creative brief.
Collaboration: Seamless handoffs to the development team with clearly documented design systems and components.
Skills and Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in a design role, preferably within a fast-paced agency environment.
Dual-Skill Mastery: A portfolio that shows a mix of beautiful graphic design (branding/layout) and smart UX thinking (user flows/prototypes).
Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Figma (or Adobe XD) and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Adaptability: The ability to pivot between different industries and design styles quickly and effectively.
Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once while staying organised and meeting deadlines.
Communication: Comfortable presenting work to clients and taking constructive feedback with a professional, solution-oriented mindset.
